    I am trying to track down an Elmo TRV-S8 Super 8 film to video transfer machine. I would like to digitze out the composite jack from the TRV-S8 into a NLE like Final Cut Pro. Any ideas on where I could find a TRV-S8 in good condition?

    just a suggestion: transfer to tape first, and make sure you get time code. you will not regret it.
